2. Contact form
When you contact us via the contact form, the data you provide (name, email address, message) is stored in order to process your enquiry. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). The data will be deleted once it is no longer required for processing, at the latest 3 months after the end of the festival.
3. Artist application form
Via the "Artist Application" form we also collect, in addition to contact details, information such as performance details, video links and, where applicable, information about additional participants. This data is used exclusively to organise the gala show. The legal basis is the performance of pre-contractual measures for your requested participation in the show (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).
4. Photo and video recordings at the event
Photo and, where applicable, video recordings are made during the festival; see the provisions in section 4 of the Terms & Conditions. The legal basis is the consent given as part of the booking, pursuant to Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR and §§ 22, 23 KunstUrhG (German Act on Copyright in Works of Fine Art and Photography).
5. External links and maps (Google Maps)
On individual pages we link to Google Maps to make it easier to find directions to the event venues. Clicking these links opens the Google Maps website in a new tab; at that point data is transmitted to Google LLC. There is no embedded (auto-loading) map element. 6. Google Fonts
This website uses the "Scheherazade New" typeface from Google Fonts. When you visit a page, your browser loads the required font files directly from Google's servers (the font files are not self-hosted), transmitting your device's IP address to Google in the process.
7. Hosting
This website is hosted on a privately operated server, not through an external hosting provider.
8. Forms
The forms on this website (contact, artist application, workshop and show ticket booking) are processed directly by a server-side script on our own, privately operated server and delivered by email. No form data is transmitted to external third-party providers.
9. Analytics
For internal statistical purposes, we count page views and clicks on individual buttons (e.g. "Book a workshop") on the server side. Only the page visited, the language version and the time are stored. We do not set cookies, do not store IP addresses, and do not share or transmit any data to third parties. It is not possible to identify individual persons from this data.
10. Your rights
You have the right to access, rectify, erase and restrict the processing of your personal data, the right to data portability, the right to object to processing, and the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. Please use the contact details above to exercise these rights.
